Online Privacy Statement
NABA'S PRIVACY POLICY
NABA respects your privacy and is committed to protect the personal information that you share with us.
When you log in and create a user profile some personal information is collected.
This personal information includes first and last name, e-mail address, country, state/province and
language. The names and e-mail address are used to contact you in the event of any questions
concerning your sightings. The country and state/province allows NABA to track the participation and
usefulness of this site in an aggregate way. Language will be used in the future to provide separate
English and Spanish information.
In addition, you may "opt-out" of allowing NABA to exchange or sell your name
as part of user lists to like-minded organizations that supply services or
products that might be of interest to users or of allowing NABA to associate
butterfly sightings with your name if the data is published.
